I’m so happy you’re here!

Content and I go way back. All the way back to 1999 when my sister forced me to be an actress in her home films (please don’t check the receipts).

I got my career start as a Social Media Producer at Red Bull, learning the ins and outs of content creation from a marketing genius. I rode that out for 5 years, becoming a lead producer for our live events (Burton US Open, Volcom Pipe Pro) and owning content strategy for multiple different channels and verticals. After Red Bull, I joined the Proteus Motion leadership team as Head of Content where we grew the fitness tech’s Instagram to almost 20k organically in just over a year!

Now, I take what I’ve learned to consult start ups and content teams to get the most out of their channels. Over the past two years, I’ve worked with over 20 brands and seen my clients hit firsts like: passing 3M views on a post, selling out in 2 hours from a single Reel, and doubling their content team.
